| At Love
Thy Job, we are dedicated to assisting artists and improving
the services that we provide. Love Thy Job and its affiliates
provide their services to you subject to the following
terms and conditions. If you visit Love thy Job or any
of Love Thy Job's sites or use any of Love Thy job's
services or any services of a Love Thy Job company,
you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (the
"Agreement"), as it may be amended from time
to time as provided herein. |

| Company Terms: |
| To become
a client of Love Thy Job, you must register with Love
Thy Job by completing and submitting a registration
form. When and if you register to become a client, you
agree to provide accurate and current information about
yourself as prompted by the registration form and to
maintain and update your information to keep it accurate.
You agree that Love Thy Job and persons or companies
that may hire or engage you may rely on the information
you provide as accurate. You agree to periodically review
your personal website and promptly notify Love Thy Job
of any inaccuracies or updates to your information.
You acknowledge that if any information is untrue, inaccurate,
or otherwise misleading in any respect, Love Thy Job
reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your
use of the Site. Love Thy Job is not responsible for
any mishaps, injuries or losses in any way that may
occur while using our services. |

| LTJDesigns Fees and Payment: |
1.) |
All fees are subject to change without prior notice
and without consent. |
2.) |
You agree to pay the initial setup fee with submission
of your registration information. Love Thy Job or LTJDesigns
has no obligation to begin work on your personal or
business website until payment for the initial setup
fee has been received and processed. |
3.) |
Setup, monthly, annual and/or other applicable fees
are payable to Love Thy Job by credit card through our
arrangement with the PayPal system, or by personal check
or money order payable to "Love Thy Job" by
mail to the following address:

4.) |
You will be charged a service fee of $25 for any bounced
checks. |
5.) |
You have the option to be invoiced either via email
or through standard US mail. You agree to pay all fees
within fifteen [15] days of the date of the invoice. |
6.) |
Failure to make payment within forty-five [45] days
of due date will result in termination of all Love Thy
Job services. |
7.) |
There are no refunds available for any of Love Thy
Job's services. Love Thy Job is not responsible for
any lost funds for any reason. |

| Terms for LTJDesigns' Services: |
1.) |
All Love Thy Job and LTJDesigns' clients must maintain
a working email address at all times. This allows Love
Thy Job to contact the client with invoices, potential
bookings, and website updates. |
2.) |
All written material must be submitted through the
Love Thy Job maintenance form by cutting and pasting
the text in the box provided. No written documents or
word processing files will be accepted. |
3.) |
Each client is allowed to post up to 50 images for
their site. Images electronically sent will only be
accepted in .jpg or .gif format. Clients may also mail
us actual photos, slides, or negatives (A scanning fee
may be charged). Love Thy Job is not responsible for
any artwork stolen from a client's website. Each client
is allowed to post up to 3 MP3 files, each no more than
1 song in length, please. Each client is allowed to
post 1 video clip. |
4.) |
EACH CLIENT IS ALLOWED NO MORE THAN 10 MEGABYTES TOTAL
IN AUDIO, GRAPHIC AND/OR VIDEO FILES. |
5.) |
Love Thy Job and its employees are in no way responsible
for any lost, stolen, or damaged materials sent to us
electronically or by mail. It is best not to send an
original, always send a copy or photo of the original.
Love Thy Job will only return submitted materials if
the client provides a self-addressed stamped container
for the materials. |
6.) |
All clients are allowed to update their website as
often as they wish. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the site
to be updated after each change. |
7.) |
Love Thy Job reserves the right to monitor a client's
site for foul language and obscene images. We also reserve
the right to edit a client's site for any reason, including
(but not limited to): spelling, grammar, punctuation,
paragraph formation, and content. You are solely responsible
for the content that you publish or display (hereinafter,
"post") on the Site. You understand and agree
that Love Thy Job may review and delete any content,
messages, photos or other information that, in the sole
judgment of Love Thy Job, violates this Agreement or
which might be offensive, illegal or objectionable to
Love Thy Job, other clients or prospective purchasers. |
8.) |
Love Thy Job clients have the right to designate the
President of their Fan Club, as well as the right to
choose the Number 1 Fan. |
9.) |
You agree that you will not post any matter that promotes
an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's
copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer
programs or links to them, providing information to
circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protected devices,
or providing pirated music or links to pirated music
files. |
10.) |
You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any
way any copyrighted works, trademarks or other proprietary
information without obtaining the prior consent of the
owner of such proprietary works. You will not remove
any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights
notices contained in your Site. |
| 11.) |
Love Thy Job offers its clients a hosting upgrade
for an additional monthly fee and a one time setup fee.
The hosting offers 2GB of disk space and 100GB of monthly
transfer. Clients who have the hosting package may have
as many image, audio and video files as they want as
long as they do not exceed the 2GB limit. Clients may
have up to 50 email addresses. Clients also get a .com
of the client's choice or best available based on internet
availability. The .com of client's choice is not guaranteed
due to the overwhelming amount of address others already
own. |
| 12.) |
Love Thy Job offers its clients a ".com"
upgrade for an additional monthly fee and a one time
setup fee. The .com upgrade offer clients a ".com"
address without having to pay for hosting. A forwarding
application is used for this service forwarding it from
the ".com" site to our Love Thy Job servers.
An email option is offered to clients for an additional
fee giving clients an email address for their ".com".
Clients may not have the email upgrade without the .com
upgrade. |
| 13.) |
Love Thy Job offers its clients the ability to increase
the amount of image, audio, or video files on your site
for additional monthly fees. |
| 14.) |
Love Thy Job offers its clients a typing service
for an additional cost. |
| 15.) |
Love Thy Job offers its clients a scanning service
for an additional cost. |
| 16.) |
Love Thy Job offers its clients a CD track to MP3
transfer for an additional cost. |
| 17.) |
Love Thy Job offers its clients to change the color
of their website for an additional cost. |
| 18.) |
Clients posting events that occur in New England have
the option to have the event posted on Ahtspot.com as well as their personal site. By doing so they also
agree to their terms
and agreements and privacy
policy. |

| Miscellaneous Terms: |
1.) |
Love Thy Job reserves the right to terminate any and
all Agreement and the services provided hereunder at
any time, for any reason, or no reason, without refund
of any kind. |
2.) |
Clients may also cancel services at any time by notifying
the staff of Love Thy Job by Contacting Us in the members
section. |
3.) |
By submitting your information and using the Site,
you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority,
and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide
by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you are an individual, you represent and warrant
that you are at least 18 years old. You also represent
and warrant that you either exclusively own or have
all necessary rights in and to each work that you submit
to Love Thy Job. |
4.) |
This Agreement is subject to change at anytime for
any reason or no reason and without prior notice to
you or your consent, effective on the posting of such
changes and/or the revised terms on our website. Love
Thy Job's current Terms & Conditions for its clients
are currently posted at http://www.lovethyjob.com/about/terms.htm.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between
you and Love Thy Job and supersedes all other agreements,
whether written or oral. All decisions by Love Thy Job
are final. |
5.) |
Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including
collecting and or harvesting usernames and/or email
addresses of clients by electronic or other means for
the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized
framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated,
and legal action will be taken, including without limitation,
injunctive redress, civil, and criminal. |
6.) |
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid,
the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full
force and effect. Unless otherwise explicitly stated,
this Agreement will survive termination of your relationship
with Love Thy Job. |

| Proprietary Rights/Trademark
Notices: |
1.) |
LoveThyJob.com, Love Thy Job, Artsites and LTJDesigns
are trademarks of Love Thy Job. All other trademarks,
logos, service marks, company or product names set forth
in this Site are the property of their respective owners. |
2.) |
Love Thy Job owns and retains other proprietary rights
in Love Thy Job and related marks. The Site contains
copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary
information of Love Thy Job, its clients, licensors
and licensees. In addition, other clients may post copyrighted
information, which has copyright protection whether
or not it is identified as copyrighted. Except for that
information which is in the public domain or for which
you have been given permission, you will not copy, modify,
publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or
sell any such proprietary information. |

or terminate our services from time to time, for any
reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate

notice. Please review these Terms of Service from time
to time so that you will be apprised of any changes. |

| Disclaimer of Warranties: |

Job disclaims any and all responsibility or liability
for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability,
or operability or availability of information or material
displayed in the LOVE THY JOB SERVICES results. Love
Thy Job disclaims any responsibility for the deletion,
failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery
of any information or material. Love Thy Job disclaims
any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading
or accessing any information or material on the Internet
through the LOVE THY JOB SERVICES. |

INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE LOVE

DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY,
TIMELINESS, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE LOVE THY JOB SERVICES.
LOVE THY JOB AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM, ANY WARRANTIES
FOR ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE OBTAINED THROUGH THE LOVE
THY JOB SERVICES. LOVE THY JOB AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM
ANY WARRANTIES FOR SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH
OR ADVERTISED ON THE LOVE THY JOB SERVICES OR RECEIVED
THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED BY THE LOVE THY JOB SERVICES,
AS WELL AS FOR ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH
ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE LOVE THY JOB SERVICES. |

OR E-MAIL SENT FROM LOVE THY JOB ARE FREE OF VIRUSES
OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. LOVE THY JOB WILL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE
USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. |

THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL OR DATA. |

NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE
ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO

| Limitation of Liability: |
| UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL LOVE THY
JOB OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO ANY USER ON ACCOUNT
OF THAT USER'S USE OR MISUSE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE LOVE
THY JOB SERVICES. ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM RELATING TO
THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF SUCH LIMITATION
OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO PREVENT RECOVERY OF DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY,
AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED ON
WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR
OTHERWISE, (EVEN IF LOVE THY JOB OR ITS LICENSORS HAVE
BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). SUCH
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE DAMAGES
ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE LOVE
THY JOB SERVICES, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE LOVE THY
JOB SERVICES, OR FROM THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION,
OR TERMINATION OF THE LOVE THY JOB SERVICES (INCLUDING
SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES). THIS LIMITATION
SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY
REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR
ADVERTISED ON THE LOVE THY JOB SERVICES OR RECEIVED
THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE LOVE THY JOB SERVICES,
AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED
THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE LOVE THY JOB SERVICES OR
RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE LOVE THY
JOB SERVICES. THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, TO THE COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE
GOODS OR SERVICES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA. SUCH
LIMITATION SHALL FURTHER APPLY WITH RESPECT TO THE PERFORMANCE
OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF THE LOVE THY JOB SERVICES OR ANY
INFORMATION OR MERCHANDISE THAT APPEARS ON, OR IS LINKED
OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO, THE LOVE THY JOB SERVICES.
SUCH LIMITATION SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE
OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY AND TO THE
FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. |
| SOME STATES OR OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO
NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS
AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. |
| Without
limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall
Love Thy Job or its licensors be held liable for any
delay or failure in performance resulting directly or
indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond
its reasonable control, including, without limitation,
Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication
equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical
power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections,
civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials,
fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war,
governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign
courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties,
or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning. |
| Love Thy
Job does not screen its clients in any way. In no event
will Love Thy Job be liable to you under this Agreement
for any damages, whether special, incidental, accidental,
consequential or indirect including but not limited
to loss of programs, cost of procurement, substitute
services or service interruption out of the use or inability
to use Love Thy Job; nor shall Love Thy Job be liable
for any damages whatsoever resulting from an event of
force majeure. In addition, Love Thy Job disclaims all
liability, regardless of the form of action, for the
acts or omissions of other clients or users (including
unauthorized users, or "hackers") of the Site. |
| To the extent
permitted by applicable law, the liability of Love Thy
Job arising out of, or in connection with, this Agreement
shall in the aggregate not exceed the amount of fees
paid by you to Love Thy Job under the terms of this
Agreement. |
| |
| Indemnity: |
1.) |
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless
Love Thy Job, its officers, directors, employees, agents
and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities
and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and
expenses) relating to or arising out of your use of
Love Thy Job, the Site and the Love Thy Job services,
including your breach of this Agreement and any allegation
that any materials that you submit to us or transmit
to the Site infringe or otherwise violate the copyright,
trademark, trade secret, intellectual property or other
rights of any third party; and/or your activities in
connection with the Site. This indemnity shall be applicable
without regard to the negligence of any party, including
any indemnified person. |
2.) |
If there is any dispute about or involving the Site,
by using the Site, you agree that the dispute will be
governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island without
regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree
to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and
federal courts of the State of Rhode Island. |
3.) |
Love Thy Job is not responsible for any incorrect
or inaccurate content posted on the Site or in connection
with Love Thy Job, whether caused by users of the Site,
clients or by any of the equipment or programming associated
with or utilized by it. Love Thy Job is not responsible
for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user
of the Site or client. Love Thy Job assumes no responsibility
for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect,
delay in operation or transmission, communications line
failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access
to, or alteration of, user or client communications.
Under no circumstances with Love Thy Job be responsible
for any loss or damage, including personal injury or
death, resulting from anyone's use of the Site, whether
online or offline. The Site is provided "AS-IS"
and Love Thy Job expressly disclaims any warranty of
fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Love Thy Job cannot guarantee and does not promise any
specific results from use of the Site. |

users, or "hackers") may post or transmit
offensive or obscene materials on the Site and that
you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and
obscene materials. It also is remotely possible for
others to obtain personal information about you due
to your use of the Site, and that the recipient may
use such information to harass or injure you. Love Thy
Job is not responsible for the use of any personal information
that you disclose. Please carefully select the type
of information that you post on Love Thy Job or release
to others. |

| License and Site Access: |
| Love Thy
Job grants you a limited license to access and make
personal use of this site and not to download (other
than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it,
except with express written consent of Love Thy Job.
This license does not include any resale or commercial
use of this site or its contents; any collection and
use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices;
any derivative use of this site or its contents; any
downloading or copying of account information for the
benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining,
robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced,
duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise
exploited for any commercial purpose without express
written consent of Love Thy Job. You may not frame or
utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark,
logo, or other proprietary information (including images,
text, page layout, or form) of Love Thy Job and our
affiliates without express written consent. You may
not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text"
utilizing Love Thy Job's name or trademarks without
the express written consent of Love Thy Job. Any unauthorized
use terminates the permission or license granted by
Love Thy Job. You are granted a limited, revocable,
and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the
home page of Love Thy Job so long as the link does not
portray Love Thy Job, its affiliates, or their products
or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise
offensive matter. You may not use any Love Thy Job logo
or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of
the link without express written permission. |

| Your Account: |
| If you use
this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your account and password and for restricting access
to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility
for all activities that occur under your account or
password. Love Thy Job does sell products for children,
but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a
credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Love Thy
Job only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Love
Thy Job and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse
service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content,
or cancel orders in their sole discretion. |

| Release Authorization: |
| A digitally
signed release/authorization is required for all submitted
materials (including but not limited to: personal photographs,
sound clips, video clips, artwork, writings, and other
images) before Love Thy Job can use them or post them
on the Site. |
| You agree
that by submitting materials to Love Thy Job (either
initially or subsequently), Love Thy Job may use your
submitted materials in accordance with the Agreement
in order to promote you, other artists and Love Thy
Job in: media, advertisements, presentations, informational
materials (including websites), and other promotional
material, provided that appropriate credit is given
to the artist. |
| You understand
that Love Thy Job has a right to crop, edit or treat
the submitted material(s) at its discretion so long
as it is used in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. |
| You also
understand that once my submitted materials are posted
on the Love Thy Job website, these materials can be
downloaded by any computer user. |
| |
| Reviews, Comments, Communications,
and Other Content: |
| Visitors
may post reviews, comments, other content and other
communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments,
questions, or other information, so long as the content
is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive
of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights,
or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable
and does not consist of or contain software viruses,
political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain
letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."
You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate
any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the
origin of a card or other content. Love Thy Job reserves
the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit
such content, but does not regularly review posted content. |
| If you do
post content or submit material, and unless we indicate
otherwise, you grant Love Thy Job and its affiliates
a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable,
and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify,
adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from,
distribute, and display such content throughout the
world in any media. You grant Love Thy Job and its affiliates
and sublicensees the right to use the name that you
submit in connection with such content, if they choose.
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise
control all of the rights to the content that you post;
that the content is accurate; that use of the content
you supply does not violate this policy and will not
cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will
indemnify Love Thy Job or its affiliates for all claims
resulting from content you supply. Love Thy Job has
the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit
or remove any activity or content. Love Thy Job takes
no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content
posted by you or any third party. |

| Risk of Loss: |
| All items
