     At Love Thy Job, we are dedicated to assisting artists and improving the services we that provide. We recognize privacy as an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This privacy policy outlines the types of personal information we collect when you use any of our services, as well as some of the steps we take to protect your information.
     Please take a minute to read the following policy. As we update and expand our services, this policy may change, so please refer back to it periodically. If you use any of Love Thy Job's services or any services of a Love Thy Job company, you agree to these terms.
     The following principles apply to the personal identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is the information that individually identifies you, such as, but not limited to, your name, physical address, or email address.
 
Collection and Use of Information:
     We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but you may not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the personal identifying information that you provide for such purposes as, but not limited to, responding to your requests, customizing services we provide you, and communicating with you.
     Should you send us an e-mail with questions or comments, we may use your personal information in order to respond to your questions or comments. We may also keep your comments or questions for future reference.

  The pages you visit;
  If you linked to any of Love Thy Job's websites from another website, the address of that website.
This information is only used to help us make the site more useful for you. With this data we learn about the number of visitors to our site and the types of technology our visitors use. We never track or record information about individuals and their visits.

     We do not rent or sell your personally identifying information to other companies or individuals, unless we have your consent. We may share such information in any of the following limited circumstances:

If you have an account, we may share the information submitted under your account among all of our services in order to provide you with a seamless experience and to improve the quality of our services. We will not disclose your account information to other people or non-affiliated companies, except in the limited circumstances described in this Policy or with your consent.
     In the unlikely event of a transfer of ownership of Love Thy Job, such as acquisition by or merger with another company, we will provide notice before any personally identifying information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
 
Viewing and Updating Your Information on Love Thy Job:
     You can always access the personal information you have provided to Love Thy Job by going to the members section. You can make changes to this information to update your account anytime.
 
Information Security:
     We take appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.
     We restrict access to your personally identifying information to employees who need to know that information in order to operate, develop and improve our services.
 
Cookies:
     When you visit some websites, their web servers generate pieces of information known as cookies. Some cookies collect personal information to recognize your computer in the future. This is not the case at Love Thy Job, where we only use non-persistent cookies or "per-session cookies." These cookies do not collect personal information on users and they are erased as soon as you leave our website.
     Per-session cookies serve technical purposes like providing seamless navigation through Love Thy Job and its company's websites. These cookies do not permanently record data and they are not stored on your computer's hard drive. Love Thy Job cookies are stored in memory and are only available during an active browser session. Again, once you close your browser, the cookie disappears.
 
PayPal:
     We use Paypal.com for all of our shopping cart needs. None of our privacy policy has any effect or legal barring on Paypal.com and their privacy policy. Visit http://www.paypal.com to view the terms of their privacy policy.
 
Exception:
     One exception to this policy is that we will release specific information about you or your account to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order.
 
Privacy of Minors:
     Love Thy Job does not solicit personal information from minors. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18) without prior verifiable parental consent.
     If we become aware that a subscriber is under the age of eighteen (18) and has registered without prior verifiable parental consent, we will remove his or her personally identifiable registration information from our files. Please note: We may nevertheless maintain a record of that person's name and address in a "do not register" file to avoid subsequent registration by a child under the age of eighteen (18).
 
Changes to this Policy:
     Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page and update the date at the top of the page that this page was updated on.
